Andrews Remodeling We are a full service remodeling crew who specialize in whole house remodels. We have 28 years experience doing high end remodeling and room additions.

We usually work for investors who buy properties and have us fix them up fast for resale. We have excellent references and take pride in our work. What we usually do is redo the kitchen, all new drywall, update the electrical, and make sure the plumbing is ok. We usually also do one or more baths. All new trim and new doors if needed. Sometimes remove or cut down walls especially off the kitchen t

o make it more part of the home. We offer excellent rates on crown molding, we finish basements, custom bars, and anything else you can dream up. We have pictures of all our work. So if your tired of taking a chance on hiring a ton of subs wondering when and if they will arrive. We are on the job everyday until complete. We make investors big money by charging rates lower than the competition. Its easy flipping houses if you have the experience, the problem is most don't have the experience or pick the wrong house. We also go out with investors and review houses before purchase. Its all about location but you also have to get the right house. We do a lot of forecloses that just happen to be in good school districts and the people just let them go to hell before losing them. Some just require carpet paint and a few things to give it some POP !!!
