Attention residents and commuters:
Monday April 18th: The 100 blocks of Main St. will be closed Monday morning and detoured around via Sugar St. This will allow construction crews to start moving in and start on the 100 block of E. Main St.
Tuesday April 19th: The intersection of Waverly & Main will be CLOSED to all traffic for about 2 days to allow crews to dig and replace the manhole within that intersection. All traffic will have to be detoured around the village via Hume Rd. or by Buckland Holden Rd. There will be NO THRU TRAFFIC at all at this point. We understand that this is an inconvenience but a necessity in order to conduct the needed work.
After that phase is complete and that intersection is opened back up, any more detours should be done on a block-by-block basis moving to the east.
