Last night we had the opportunity to go out and celebrate 4 years in business.
It was more than that though. We got to have families and significant others all together to show how much we appreciate our employees.
Over the years we have heard it all. A common stigma is "anyone can be a painter". While I understand the saying I do disagree.
Being a interior/exterior painter means long days. It means always being on call because the weather can change a schedule at any given moment. Its long drives to jobsites, 12 hour work days playing catch up, or driving to a site and then it sprinkles and the days lost. It takes a certain type of person to be able to hack it in our field, and its a whole other thing to perfect the skills of painting.
So we wanted to thank not only our painters, but their loved ones, because its stressful for all!
This business has thrived because of the hardworking employees. We have gone above and beyond where I anticipated in just 4 years.
Also a notable thank you to my wife as well, who from day one supported this business. But also has done all HR, Payroll, clothes/logos, business cards, and even a few days on site. This business would also have not excelled without your work and help through the years.
