MidAtlantic Photographic LLC captured additional captivating photos of our University of Maryland on-campus housing construction project to expand services for on-campus students, completed in March 2022. The new buildings include the Johnson-Whittle Residence Hall, the Pyon-Chen Residence Hall, and a new dining facility. This contract was through the Holder Construction Company in Herndon, VA for EIFS construction using STO systems.

Bradleigh Applications, Inc. is pleased to share photos of one of our latest EIFS projects. This construction project installed EIFS using Parex products on the Helping Up Mission building located at 1216 E. Baltimore St., Baltimore MD 21202. The construction project was contracted to Whiting-Turner Contracting HQ with the first-tier contractor being Leonard A. Kraus Co., Inc. and Bradleigh Applications, Inc. as the second-tier subcontractor.

As an aside, these photos also show another of our previous construction projects. If you look to the left of the Helping Up Mission building, you will see our work on the Ronald McDonald House, which we completed about three years ago.

In August 2021, Bradleigh Applications, Inc. completed a beautiful AVB and EIFS construction project at the Indian Creek School, 1130 Anne Chambers Way in Crownsville, Md. For this project, we used Henry for the AVB and STO products to provide excellent moisture management for the EIFS. The construction project was contracted to Starkey Construction LLC, the General Contractor was Southway Builders, and the architect was Aurora Architects in Pottstown PA. Photography was once again provided by MidAtlantic Photographic LLC.

Bradleigh Applications, Inc. has completed a beautiful AVB and Stucco construction project on the Bank of America building at 6561 Trading Square, Haymarket, VA. For this project, we used Henry for the AVB and Parex for the Stucco. The construction project was contracted to Vericon Construction and the architect was Gensler. What a difference a week can make! Look at the huge progress we have made with our EIFS repair at Capitol Technology University located in Laurel MD in just one week.

As a reminder, we are using various Dryvit Systems materials to reattach an existing system that is delaminating and recoating the entire building. We are also recaulking the work. We started about two weeks ago, and it will take us about three months to complete.

Here are photos of our work on an EIFS repair at Capitol Technology University located in Laurel MD. In February 2021, Bradleigh Applications, Inc. completed our portion of two construction projects using Thermocromex per the plans/specifications under our contract. One project was at 1625 Eckington Place NE in Washington DC--a new 12-story, solid steel, and concrete constructed condominium community development located at Eckington Yards. The second construction project was close by at 1611 Eckington Place NE, Washington DC--a Judd & Weiler apartment community.

We installed Thermocromex, a Limestone High-Performance Cladding, on the exterior of the building, including exterior ceilings over covered walkways, etc. The construction project was contracted to the CBG Building Company LLC and the architect was KTGY Group, Inc. Photography was once again provided by MidAtlantic Photographic LLC.

Bradleigh Applications, Inc. completed a beautiful stucco construction project at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Aldie, Virginia. We installed both STO Powerwall ci Stucco System and custom Canamould exterior moulding on the building exterior. The construction project was contracted to the Forrester Construction Company and the architect was McCrery Architects. The project was completed in March 2021. MidAtlantic Photographic LLC was once again up to the challenge of capturing some beautiful photos that really accent our work.

Last year, Bradleigh Applications, Inc. completed a beautiful construction project at the 2000 Pennsylvania Ave building in Washington DC. We installed both white and black acoustical plaster by Pyrok and STO in the ceilings. The construction project was contracted to DFS Construction Corporation and the architect was Gensler. The project was completed in August 2020 and had a contract value of $486,173.

Last year, Bradleigh Applications, Inc. completed a construction project for the Archdiocese of Washington at St. Martin’s Church. We installed a combination of two products ( and ), creating a much more effective acoustical environment and significantly improving one’s ability to hear the sermons throughout the church. Our work is only on the walls, the ceilings are the original plaster. The darker, more coarse material is Pyrok and the lighter material below the Pyrok is StarSilent.

Of note, you will find a lot of shadows due to the nature of the church architecture and the low-hanging chandeliers seen in the photos. However, MidAtlantic Photographic LLC was up to the challenge and captured some beautiful angles of our work.
