Dont have enough storage space?

Insulated Fire Rated Attic Stair installation completed today, along with 160 Sq Feet of accessible, dry and generous storage space!!
Now that the attic is illuminated, we were able to inspect and repair some of the roof trusses.

Attic Storage Door install. This is quite a heavy all steel unit which is also fire rated. A vast improvement over the older, cheaper fold down wooden units.

A Deck Project on one of our fix and flip properties. I became friendly with my Airforce Veteran neighbor, Skip . He used to stop by and help out.. He’s almost 90 now and remarkable.
