Built ramp and replaced deck boards

Update from the past few weeks of the remodel. Framing three closets, plumbed the second bathroom, roof vents, shower install, toilet install, Sheetrock demo, Sheetrock hanging, Sheetrock finishing, every window replaced, and some siding repair.

The past couple weeks we got a lot done. Demoed exterior walls and framed in windows and a door, framed interior walls, demoed chimney, made a second bathroom and set a one piece shower unit, waste and water plumbing completed, whole house re wired, started on hvac and duct work, and preparing for drywall.

This past week was spent digging up the sewer lines inside and outside the house. Replaced the line from the city tap to the crawl, demoed every room, and installed a tub shower unit.

This week - a new remodel project. Trash removal, crawl cleaned, full kitchen demo, sunroof ceiling demo, bedroom flooring removal. (Attached are some pictures of the trailers of trash and demolition waste)

For the past couple weeks we’ve been installing 2 two stage heat pump 1 stage cool units and duct work. On both jobs we need to braze the refrigerant lines, charge, and pull the vacuum. Then they’re good to go!

The mobile home remodel is finished! Joist, rim joists, subfloor, and window framing replaced, drywall, paint, doors, trim, lights, fans, switches, and outlets, dryer vent install, deck replaced, and gravel driveway regrading!
