Little diy Mr Cool system not operating in heating or cooling. I found the system missing safety components which end up burning up the main board on the system.
These new systems require safety components that do not come with the system. Make sure you hire someone that keeps up with the growing changes in the hvac industry

This client stated the system hasn’t been running right since last year….

Upon inspection I found that the one burner flute was not in line with the heat exchanger and was causing the roll out sensor to trip at times not allowing the system to operate correctly.

Little heater tune up and thermostat upgrade.

Please make sure during your furnace tune up that the gas pressure is being checked along with your heat exchanger.

The incorrect gas pressure could cause damage to the system and crack your heat exchanger. A crack exchanger can put carbon monoxide into your home which can be very dangerous.

The things I find some days surprise me!

During a tune up I noticed that this unit was not correctly installed so I removed the side panel on the chase only to find someone had cut a supply grille into the duct work on the outside of the house!

We will return to remove the unit and fix the ductwork and set the unit back so it’s no longer pulling condenser air from the chase and no more cooling outside.

Little heating system repair this morning:

With the cooler evenings this homeowner tried to use their heating system and it did not work. They called me that evening and I was able to get out there the next morning and get parts to get them back up and running within a few hours. Plus we completed their heating system tune up at the same time.
