Homeowner had someone else out and was told they needed a new fan motor so he got it replaced and the system still wasn’t cooling and that’s when I got the call……

Fan motor was over heating on thermal overload and home wasn’t cooling.

After 1.5 hrs cleaning and unclogging the coil she’s back up and running.

Can you see the build up on this coil?!?

Customer had their unit tuned up 2 months ago by a different company and they were having issues during these warmer months.

Upon inspection and diagnosis I found the system was not functioning due to lack of maintenance…… dirty coils, failing parts and loose electrical connections.

Please be aware not all tune ups and/or inspections are the same.

Rodents in the ductwork…..

They were living in the return duct and had clogged the evap coil and the client had been breathing rodent f***l matter and more for months.

All this was an issue because the other company didn’t change the duct work to accommodate the new unit and they left about a 4” wide 16” tall opening.

After cleaning everything up I was able to block the opening up till the next time they need a system replacement
