Little leak check today on a mini split that has been slowly leaking refrigerant out and others just kept adding refrigerant. Unit was installed two years ago and had been filled twice before we got the call.

The leak was very small and hard to find after recovering the refrigerant and using compressed gas I was able to find the leak but unfortunately it’s on the king valve and not a simple fix….

Homeowner has been paying for maintenance every six months on this system and asked me if I could check it out after I completed a full system inspection on their neighbors….. come to find out the system has not been inspected in a very long time. There was 4-6” of debris around the base of the unit that wouldn’t even allow the service panel to be removed!
I was able to clean the unit and get them ready for the warmer months ahead!

Homeowner had not had their system tuned up in a few years and look how bad their coil was before a full system tune up and inspection!
I spent an hour working on the clients air conditioning system meticulously inspecting and cleaning the system.

Now their system is happy and pulling lower amps which will save them monthly on their electric bill as well as keep expensive repairs to a minimum

Air conditioning tune ups in full swing! Took this older system over a few years ago and the homeowner has been great about keeping up with the maintenance and filter changes. After 2 yrs with dogs in the home the evap coil still looks as good as the day we cleaned in two years ago

Picked up a new client today do to the lack of maintenance from their old provider.They have been paying every six month...

Picked up a new client today do to the lack of maintenance from their old provider.

They have been paying every six months for their system to be maintained the system was filthy with over 5” of debris in the bottom of the unit. Rodents and spiders have been living in their control box and more.

I spent over 2hrs completing a full maintenance and didn’t charge any more then the normal fee as I felt the homeowner should not have had to pay for the additional services as they provided me with copies of over 4 yrs of invoices showing they had been paying someone else.

Please know a standard maintenance takes time it should not be quick.
