Customer called and stated their system was not cooling during the peak part of the day.

Upon inspection I found the indoor and outdoor coil were fully coated in debris. After cleaning the system I was able to complete a full tune up and get the system back up and cooling correctly

Little leak check today on a mini split that has been slowly leaking refrigerant out and others just kept adding refrigerant. Unit was installed two years ago and had been filled twice before we got the call.

The leak was very small and hard to find after recovering the refrigerant and using compressed gas I was able to find the leak but unfortunately it’s on the king valve and not a simple fix….
