This customer is a having a issue with American Cockroaches and have been an ongoing problem for some time according to him. As I was inspecting the home , I open the water heater closet door and look down and saw water in the pan underneath the water heater. This could possibly be the cause and need to be address. American cockroaches are attracted to moisture and with the heat the water heater produces in this closet make it perfect conditions to attract these pest.
