Kwiatkowski Masonry, Inc. KMI is a union mason contractor serving Northwest Indiana and the greater Chicagoland area since 194 Kwiatkowski Masonry, Inc.

is a third generation company established in 1946 under the direction of Joseph Kwiatkowski. The standards of hard work, quality workmanship, and integrity set forth by our grandfather and carried on by our father before us, continue to be the cornerstone upon which we build our company. From our company’s earlier years, residential brick fronts and foundations, to today’s commercial, educational,

institutional, industrial, and municipality projects, KMI has grown into one of our region’s leading masonry contractors. We are involved with various masonry organizations such as the Indiana Mason Contractors Association, the MCA of Northwest Indiana, the Mason Contractors Associations of Greater Chicago, and the International Masonry Institute. Through this involvement, we stay current with the advancements in today’s masonry industry. In February 2010, we became a certified contractor through IMI’s Sustainable Masonry Certification Program.
