Work is progressing on the log cabin. We've run into a few issues along the way, but working as we can. Next week we'll be starting some major foundation repairs as well as continuing on with the interior remodel.

The log cabin renovation is coming along. We'll be raising the ceiling in the kitchen in order to show off the beautiful logs!

Actual 2" x 4" (true) framing on this 1890's home. Work is beginning in order to give it a new life as a 21st century remodel. We'll be saving some of the old and incorporating it as we go.

When things get tough, the tough change tactics and get the job done! Construction on a steep grade along the lakeshore requires the use of innovative methods. Thanks to , helical piers were the solution.
