Time to fix the old rotten wood. This lake front property is about to go on the market so we came in to make sure everything was up to code. Replaced all the handrails and support posts.

Two different styles of exterior double doors. The first one is hinged in the center allowing only one side to be opened. The single screen door on the active panel

The second set is able to open completely being hinged on the outer side. Beautiful blinds within each panel. The double screen door is going to be installed next.

Finishing off each door with aluminum trim. This allows it to be maintenance free.
