I was responding to an emergency call about a tree on top of a car on the next block down, this woman got in front of my vehicle to stop me and started to question me very aggressively, after I asked who she was she grabbed the gun on her hip and shook it around to make sure I seen it. a brief moment later as I tried to drive past her she swung and hit my car with a pair of loppers which made dents in my drivers side door. If anyone knows who this woman is please let me know or reach out to the Highland police department.
I did contact the police right after this happened but she was gone when they got there.

This happened in Highland, IN 46322 between Duluth st and Parrish ave.
