Most of these calls could’ve been a few hundred dollar maintenance visit in April. Instead they’re an emergency call in July with a building full of hot tenants.

If your air conditioning equipment is struggling, don’t ride it out. Equipment that’s “kind of keeping up” in early July won’t survive August.
