Platteville, I acquired my real estate agents license and began practicing real estate while still a full time student there. I graduated in 2001 with a degree in business administration and shortly thereafter moved to the Madison area . I spent 5 years in the Madison area, gaining valuable experience in the housing and construction industry working for a commercial construction company building n

ew apartment complexes, restaurants, a casino, mini mall, indoor golf course, and of course - houses. I specialize in home remodeling, with every detail being very important to me. In January of 2003, I ventured on my own by obtaining my real estate broker's license and formed Heller Real Estate. Because I'm in the business of real estate brokerage as well as home construction, Heller Real Estate eventually evolved into Heller Homes. My company features a dynamic you will not find in other real estate companies. Sellers can rely on getting their home sold with all the services of a full fledged real estate brokerage company while buyers (especially first time home buyers) can seach for a home with not only a real estate professional, but also have the trained eye of a licensed contractor on their side! I currently hold an active Real Estate Brokers License and Contractors License for the State of WI. With my 10+ years of experience in real estate and construction, Heller Homes is much more of the complete package. Whether it be buying, selling, building or remodeling, I've been involved in it all so I know what the client expects, what challenges need to be overcome, and most importantly - how to deliver! I moved back to the Cuba City/Platteville area in 2005 to be closer to family and because its a good place to raise my own family...

I've worked with many people, on many different levels. This experience not only gives me a unique perspective on how to address peoples' needs, but also an appreciation for having their best interests at heart. Heller Homes is looking to hire 2-3 individuals for roofing work. Approximately 2 months of roofing work (nothing steep, low pitch), with remodeling and construction work after that. This is on a subcontractor basis, which could be temporary or possibly permanent for the right person. Some experience preferred, but willing to train. Attitude is more important than experience. $20 - $25/hr. Depending on experience. Reliability is important. Starting next week.
