2 point method when custom trim needs to be dead on. Really only applies to raw or “clear” trim that cannot be caulked to hide imperfections. I’d use a pencil though not a sharpie on clear wood.

Phase 1 of the Hoover Ridge dugouts are at 60% completion. Two fields are mostly framed up. The roofing steel and trim will be on site next week. We drilled the holes for the last field today. Phase 1 will be completed on all 3 fields by the end of next week.

Lil Late Thursday evening tile action on a side of a side master bathroom renovation job we are squeezing in for friend. Justin and I getting back ahead of schedule. 3rd job of the day for me. Today’s schedule was Project manager on multiple federal projects from 8-3, ran out to Hoover Ridge for an hour bringing Novum Joe some tools, then on this bathroom till 730. Justin and I are having fun with this project. Been awhile since we have had time to collaborate on a project. Everything flows when we do and turns out to be at full potential.

Dugouts are starting to take shape! Next week I’ll be bringing in reinforcements to help get the roofs on.

Today we finally broke ground on the Hoover Ridge softball dugouts donation project. This will be a nice and much needed addition to the parks and rec grounds. 3 fields totaling 6 dugouts. I will be updating throughout completion.
