Wall cut out to make two storefronts into one at the in downtown Newport RI a very nice family owned store! We set up a containment area where any cutting would be performed and off to work we went. Cut through 8” cinder block wall, installed two 1/2” galvanized steel angle-iron lintels to support the structure above the blocks we removed and mortared them into position. We then formed a single concrete step to bring step up into additional space to code. Finally we hung Sheetrock and plastered and the painters gave it the final finishing touches so they were able to reopen their store on schedule. New construction 12” thick foundation wall with shelf for floor joists in Narragansett we completed recently for a 3 story beautiful new home to be built on.

Demo & installation of this driveway in Cumberland RI. We replaced it with broom finish centers surrounded by a beautiful 18” exposed aggregrate border. Electric radiant heat was installed in a portion of the driveway to heat the concrete during winter and to help with snow removal. Another job well done & another customer happy. Removal & replacement of this customers front entryway and small retaining wall with French drain. The subgrade had settled either from improper fill or poor compaction, which caused the concrete to be back pitched causing water intrusion into the home. We replaced pad with proper pitch going away from residence as well as installed flashing to help prevent any potential water damage.
