Not every remodel needs to make a bold statement.

This homeowner loved their kitchen—they just wanted it to be a little more practical.

A subtle porcelain backsplash was the perfect solution. It ties in beautifully with the countertops, protects the walls from everyday splashes, and makes cleanup so much easier, all while letting the rest of the kitchen remain the star of the show.

Sometimes the best design choices are the ones you hardly notice… because they simply belong.

Natural stone never goes out of style. 🔥🪨

We recently completed this fieldstone fireplace featuring a rustic wood mantel and stone hearth. Projects like this are always fun because every stone is unique, which means every fireplace has its own character.

This one feels like it was always meant to be part of the home.

This kitchen backsplash is proof that a patterned tile can make a statement without overwhelming the space.

Throwback to this outdoor fireplace from a few years ago. 🔥

One of my favorite things about stone is that trends come and go, but good stonework never really looks dated.

The wood ceiling has already aged a little, the seasons have come and gone, and I have no doubt this fireplace has hosted countless conversations and memories since we finished it.

That’s my favorite part of what we do—the project eventually becomes part of someone’s life.

Which is pretty cool when you stop and think about it.

Natural fieldstone, a handcrafted mantel, and a whole lot of patience fitting each stone into place. No two fireplaces like this are ever exactly the same—that’s part of what makes them special.

A few years later, we’d still be happy to have this one in our own home.

A tale of two fireplaces. 🔥

A few weeks ago we shared the upstairs fireplace while it was still in progress. Now that the grout is complete, we thought it was time to show the finished result—along with its matching downstairs fireplace in the same home.

We love seeing how natural stone ties spaces together while still giving each fireplace its own personality. The upstairs fireplace makes a bold statement, while the downstairs fireplace creates a cozy gathering space of its own.

Projects like this are a great reminder that the details matter—and that the finishing touches are often what bring everything together.
