Hopefully the temps cool down a little so this family can enjoy their new deck soon! We left the orignal framing up, added new decking, covered porch, a wall for tv and rebuilt the stairs completely, cedar carsiding on the ceiling.

Some people see a job starting and think what the hell...others see the big picture. We always see the big picture. We had a little punch out at a old job today so i was able to get a updated picture. Let us know how we did. And stay tuned, there might be another part to this home.

There is a good reason we cant share names or locations of our jobsites. People will drive off a cliff to get a good view of them . My pictures wasn't to far away from this truck. But i was parked in a gravel driveway! This did happen after we had finished the job and were on to the next jobsite.

Who wants this amazing shop. 12ft side walls, wrap around porch, kitchen, living room area, bathroom, vaulted ceilings, storage loft and heated floors. We were not the contractor on this but loved working with dave helland construction on this one as he was the G.C.
50x80 shop, 12ft out porches.

Its not done, but done for a bit while we wait on decking and more materials. Its been fun, its been a struggle. Its been a wet april, and to tear a roof off and add this...cant thank all our dedicated employees enough! Psa, i dont think the owner is for hirer with his lawn mowing skills.

We are better at building than video editing so please enjoy our new journey as we try to post videos of all our jobs from first site meeting to updates and final completion. Hopefully the videos will get better. Heres our lastest project in reverse.
