This project focused on practical drainage and erosion control.

We incorporated multiple dry creek beds and a retaining wall, along with a thoughtfully designed pathway that elevates both the function and beauty of the space.

From an uneven path to a set of steps that brings the whole space together. šŸŒŸ

This before-and-after shows how much of a difference thoughtful hardscaping can make. We replaced the old, uneven steps with substantial stone steps that create a more defined, functional path up the slope.

The result? Better access, a clean finished look, and a natural stone feature that complements the property.

Sometimes, the right improvement makes all the difference.

A dry creek bed can be more than just a beautiful feature, it can be a smart way to manage water on your property.

When rainwater naturally collects or runs through an area of your landscape, a properly designed dry creek bed can help guide that water and reduce erosion while creating a natural-looking element that fits into the surrounding landscape.

With the right stone, placement, and design, it can turn a drainage challenge into something that adds character and visual interest to your property.

Beautiful landscapes should work with the land, not against it.

Fall is a great time to give your garden a little attention before winter arrives! šŸ‚

Here are 4 simple things to put on your fall to-do list:

šŸ Clean up fallen leaves
Clear leaves and debris from garden beds, pathways, and around plants.

šŸŒ± Add a layer of mulch
Mulch helps protect plant roots, retain moisture, and insulate the soil as temperatures drop.

āœ‚ļø Prune thoughtfully
Remove dead or damaged growth, while being mindful that not every plant should be heavily pruned in the fall.

šŸŒæ Give your soil some attention
Fall is a good time to add compost or other organic matter to help improve soil health for the seasons ahead.

A little preparation now can help your landscape head into winter in better shape, and give you a great starting point when spring rolls around.

Itā€™s officially fire pit season. šŸ”„

Cooler evenings are here, and thereā€™s nothing quite like ending the day outside around a fire.

A well-designed fire pit can turn an unused part of your property into a place to gather, relax, share a meal, or spend a few extra hours outside with the people you enjoy most.

If youā€™ve been thinking about creating a backyard space youā€™ll actually use, this might be the season to make it happen.

A little behind the scenes from a project currently underway in Elijay.

Thereā€™s something about using stone that brings a property to life. This wall is coming together to create a structure that feels both substantial and natural to its surroundings.

Weā€™re still in the middle of this one, but weā€™re loving how itā€™s taking shape. The finished project will add function, safety, and a timeless element to the property.

Weā€™ll share the finished result when itā€™s ready.

If youā€™re looking to improve the functionality of your property in a beautiful way, give us a call or send us a DM for a free consultation.
