Water damage repair I did last week.

It was for another contractor. He just wanted me to get it finished so he didn’t have to worry about it and he could sand and re paint the room.

Just got this one sanded out. It’s ready for paint and homeowner was really happy with it.

Also got the concrete filled back in from the cut out for plumbing and electrical.

Got this repair done earlier in the week after the homeowner accidentally stepped through the ceiling.

Cleaning your house is like washing your car. You are protecting either the paint or the vinyl from become dull/stained.

Was able to get 1 coat up before vacation and before flooring went down in a basement that we worked on a few months ago.

Unfortunately the home owner was very upset to say the least. Mainly because the walls were not painted to the concrete where the trim was going. I explained multiple times the walls would need another coat after trim. Even wrote up the estimate stating so.

I really appreciated all the work on this basement. I think it turned out really good. But it’s going to have to be finished as explained.

I’ve learned a lot since going into business. Every bad experience teaches me something.

Ms Settle’s ceiling was fallng down literally.

Another day or 2 and it would of been on the ground. We were able to get it removed beforehand with the ugly paneling before I was able to start.

We got the ceiling replaced with the proper Sheetrock and walls cleaned up with new trim on the windows and doors.

Door was rotted out from their gutter coming loose. The Sheetrock was damaged beside the door as well.
