When blue is your preferred hue, our renovation process commenced with an exterior update, commencing with a fresh coat of paint on the home, followed by interior enhancements. Upon transitioning inside, we removed the existing flooring and installed new hardwood flooring featuring a natural finish. Additionally, we renovated the fireplace with new tile, a new mantle, and custom built-in shelves on either side. Subsequently, we focused on the kitchen, where we repainted the cabinets, installed new backsplash and countertops, and incorporated a custom vent hood along with a bespoke pantry cabinet housing a built-in microwave.

We were delighted to provide assistance to a client regarding an insurance claim from several years ago, which necessitated the replacement of their flooring. Although our company was not initially involved in the claim, the client solicited our expertise to rectify the issue. The client had been experiencing persistent floor squeaks since the incident. Upon thorough investigation, we discovered that the subfloor had not been adequately secured, resulting in movement that caused the squeaks. We subsequently removed the hardwood flooring, properly fastened the subfloor plywood, and then installed new 2 1/4 inch hardwood flooring, which underwent sanding, staining, and finishing in a rich dark walnut hue. Now it just needs a little time to dry and the client can move all their furniture back in and begin to enjoy their quiet floor.
