While we’ve been the beneficiaries of the Ballew brothers’ expertise and engineering before and since this time, everything and everyone came together on this special job. This post is dedicated to Jeff Ballew—we miss you dude.

This one was special.
Dolomite marble from floor to ceiling.
A full herringbone shower feature that doesn’t stop at the wall — it waterfalls seamlessly down onto the bench and continues onto the shower floor.
No visual breaks.
Just soft stone flowing from vertical to horizontal, creating depth and a subtle optical pull at the edges.
We paired Vibrant Brushed Moderne Brass fixtures with Behr “Whisper White” on the walls — a clean, warm backdrop that lets the marble and brass speak for themselves.
Updated sinks, faucets, and plumbing details to elevate the existing vanity and stone top without replacing what was already working.
Modern glass lighting.
Full multi-function shower system with rain head and handheld — because luxury should also perform.
No prefab shortcuts.

Before & After: Brick Pillar & Fence Restoration in Lilburn, GA:

When a vehicle struck one of the brick pillars along this neighborhood fence, we were called in by the property management team to assess and restore the damage.

Our crew at Imagination Construction:
✅ Surveyed the site and damage
✅ Matched the Flashed Allentowne brick and Modern Gray mortar at the brickyard
✅ Carefully demoed the broken structure
✅ Rebuilt the pillar and adjacent fencing to match the original design, seamlessly blending old with new

Project highlights include:
✅ Installation of American Standard Lucerne™ wall-hung lavatories, optimizing both space and design with a sleek, contemporary look.
✅ Upgraded to Madera™ FloWise® flushometer toilets with EverClean® technology for water efficiency and superior hygiene.
✅ Addition of a Washbrook® FloWise® universal urinal featuring EverClean® for enhanced cleanliness.
✅ Application of Resuflor Aqua Deco Flake BC System with River Rock 1/4" flake and a flat finish in both men's and women's restrooms, offering a durable and aesthetically pleasing floor system.
✅ High-performance restroom accessories including stainless steel powder-coated partitions, mirrors, grab bars, hand dryers, and soap dispensers.
✅ Fresh Toque White paint by Sherwin-Williams, providing a clean, modern finish that complements the entire space.
