Project Update: We are so excited to announce the recent award of not 1️⃣, not 2️⃣, but 3️⃣ fire stations!

These stations are a part of a multi-year contract with Dekalb County. Fire Stations 5, 16, and 27 will be located in Tucker, Decatur and Lithonia. Each station will feature apparatus bays built for fast, efficient response times, living quarters and support spaces for on-duty crews, and administrative offices — all designed to meet current NFPA and ADA standards while enhancing day-to-day operations for the men and women who serve DeKalb County.

Groundbreaking is soon and we can't wait to get those shovels in the dirt! We're looking forward to bringing this project to a successful completion with DeKalb County Government and Pond & Company

Just in time for back to school and our project team has been hard at work putting the finishing touches on this stunning addition for Harbins Elementary!

From the new classrooms to the learning labs and collaboration rooms along with the incredible learning staircase, this new addition was thoughtfully designed and showcases quality craftmanship.

One of the most rewarding parts of the project has been watching faculty and staff bring these spaces to life as they prepare for the arrival of students.
As we say goodbye to summer and welcome a new school year, we wish all students, educators, and families a happy, healthy, and successful year ahead!

As we head into the holiday weekend, we're grateful to celebrate the topping out milestone at our Rock Creek Park Gymnasium project!

When complete, the 33,140-square-foot facility will provide much-needed recreation and activity space for Dawson County. The first floor will feature a full gymnasium, lobby, and support areas, along with a second-floor walking track. We're proud to be working with Jericho Design Group, LLC to help bring this important community resource one step closer to completion.

We are just a hop off the newly opened Exit 11A on GA 400!

Last week our team celebrated 59 years of industry success with a luau. We also got to reconnect with a few familiar faces!

When founded in 1967 by Ted Cooper our driving principles were Excellence, Integrity, Cooperation and Safety. And while the industry has changed a lot in 59 years, those principles have remained a constant for us.

This week, our team was honored to participate in the groundbreaking ceremony for the future Wesley Wing at Canton First Methodist Church!
The Wesley Wing will be a new 10,000 SF addition designed for missions, community outreach, Christian conferences and discipleship.
Our project team is excited to get to work and make The Wesley Wing a thriving space for Canton First Methodist Church and its community.
