Position Overview
Triad Building Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Operating Production Assistant Manager to oversee shop production and support installation operations. This role is critical in ensuring materials are prepared efficiently, inventory is well-managed, and production systems run smoothly to support field teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily shop production of materials required for installation projects
• Order materials and maintain accurate inventory levels
• Oversee and track maintenance schedules for all equipment
• Supervise and coordinate up to 20 installation crew members
• Develop and maintain an effective material inventory system
• Improve operational efficiency to maximize profitability
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment, including forklifts
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel for tracking, reporting, and planning
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Proven experience supervising teams of up to 20 employees
• Strong background in inventory systems and production operations
• Ability to improve systems and drive efficiency
• Experience operating a forklift
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
