These are the last pictures I'll post of the construction of 5330 Noah Road. We will be finished in the next few weeks; then I'll have a Friends & Family open house so everyone can come & see it. That date will be coming soon!!!

It's been a wild & crazy last 2 weeks. You work 24/7 days when you near the end of a project & I think we'll finish 5330 at the end of the month. The hardwood floors are finished, HVAC is in & running, cabinet hardware is installed, ceiling fans are in ( I love the lanai fans!!!), garage, laundry room, dining room & pantry lights are in, door bell & chimes, part of the appliances are installed, closet & pantry racks done, landscaping has started. Kitchen quartz will be in tomorrow & I hope to see the bath tops in next week. More to come! 😁

These pics are from yesterday & today. Due to a major flooring screw up the house will now have hardwood floors throughout. The floors have been laid in the bathrooms, garage door has been installed & I'm currently working on counter & vanity tops. As of now the kitchen & powder room tops with be a bright white quartz with gray veining, and I've put pics up of the island & bathroom colors I'm playing with. If all goes as planned, I will be finished at the end of the month. THEN get ready to come to the friends & family private showing the weekend after final cleaning is done. More pics to come soon!!! 😉

Cabinets came in the week after Christmas. I put white Shaker throughout the house.

Catching up the page today! I've been so busy making high end materials fit into a little bitty budget, that I haven't kept this page up as well I should. So, as of Saturday, the heating/air, septic tank, plumbing, windows, doors and wiring, are in. Final punch out has been done & siding is going up. The call for a county inspection gets made this week & insulation will start whenever they can get to us. It's hard to stay on schedule when you relay on subcontractors; even good ones, so we'll see. :)

Way behind on the updates. The pictures are from Friday & Saturday. As of today the roof is on, interior rooms are framed out, Tyvec wrap is on & septic tanks are in. In the kitchen - cabinets have been designed, floor color finalized, island designed, back splash, quartz counter tops & island picked out. All colors for the master bath have been decided on & free standing tub is ordered. We're making progress!
