It was a beautiful day to pour footings for this home addition. We pumped the concrete to the backyard on this one because of limited access. We are excited about this project as well as our other ones. Give us a call today to schedule a consultation about your project!

How about this weather. We are enjoying it and getting some work done. This 24’x34’ garage has a block foundation with bond beams. We use a U shaped block so we can run a continuous steel rebar around the perimeter for extra strength. This has 2 runs of steel in the footings, a run around the block and another one at the top of the block as well as vertical steel supports, the block are then filled with concrete for a very strong foundation. I have talked to people who claim to be professional builders in our area who think that they can cut corners on the foundation because the customer can’t see what’s in it. We know that the foundation is the most important part of the building. Without a good foundation you have nothing but problems. I hope you all are having a great 2026 so far!

We recently built this 24’x30’ Garage, replaced the siding,soffit and fascia on the house to match the new garage and added new seamless gutters as well. Another nice project completed for a happy customer. We appreciate every one of you guys.
