Full HVAC upgrade — Installed a new furnace, coil, and AC unit. Rebuilt ductwork, added a 5” media filter, and installed two new supply runs for better airflow and comfort.

Big news for our family and for Handyman Stamm!

For those who may not know me—my name is Heather, and I’m Conner’s wife and the one who has been working behind the scenes for our business.

After much thought and prayer, I’ve made the bittersweet decision to step away from my full-time role at First Central Bank—something I truly loved—to join Handyman Stamm full time alongside Conner.

Up until now, I’ve been handling the accounting, scheduling, invoicing, and day-to-day operations to keep everything running smoothly. Moving forward, I’ll continue managing those pieces, but you’ll also start seeing me out on job sites with Conner from time to time.

I bring a strong focus on organization and efficiency, helping ensure every job runs as smoothly as possible so Conner can focus on delivering quality work.

We give God all the glory—this business is truly a gift from Him, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve others through it.

Basement Renovation – Ready for Sale!

Just wrapped up a full basement restoration to get this home market-ready!

This space had moisture, mold, and pet odor issues that needed more than a quick cosmetic fix. We addressed the root of the problem and fully refreshed the area so it’s clean, functional, and ready for its next owner.

Project highlights:

-Removed old flooring and padding
-Treated floor and lower wall areas for mold and odor elimination
-Applied mold and mildew resistant paint to seal the space
-Installed new LVP flooring in family room, bedroom, and bathroom
-Installed new trim and finishing details
-Reset and adjusted basement entry doors
-Installed new door trim and transitions
-Connected furnace condensate line to properly drain and prevent future moisture issues
-Repaired front door alignment so all hardware works correctly

Now this basement is clean, dry, and showing-ready—exactly what buyers want to see.

This repeat customer came to us to help get their home ready to sell—and we’re so glad they did!

Originally, they thought the tub would need a full replacement, but Conner was able to take a closer look and determine it could be salvaged. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves!

We also replaced the existing kitchen and hallway flooring with waterproof luxury vinyl plank—an upgrade that’s sure to catch the eye of potential buyers.

We’re incredibly grateful for all of our customers, and it means even more when we get the opportunity to work with repeat clients!
