Thought it was about time we introduced ourselves!
Forty-Seven Construction is a family-owned and operated business proudly serving Whatcom and Skagit Counties. Owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Clinton and Kadie McIntosh, our company is built on honesty, quality craftsmanship, and treating every home as if it were our own.
We started Forty-Seven Construction with a simple goal: to provide homeowners with dependable, high-quality service from people who genuinely care about doing the job right. We believe every project—big or small—deserves the same level of care, attention, and professionalism.
With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Clinton has built a reputation for quality workmanship, attention to detail, and taking pride in a job done right. He has expanded his expertise by earning his Home Inspector certification, further strengthening the knowledge and care he brings to every project.
Kadie oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, helping ensure every project runs smoothly from the first phone call to the final walkthrough. Together, we share a passion for renovations, DIY projects, and helping homeowners bring new life to their spaces.
As lifelong Pacific Northwest locals, we’re proud to serve the communities we call home. When we’re not on the job, we’re busy raising our two young children, our dog, two cats, and our flock of chickens. Being a family-run business means we understand how important your home is—it’s where life happens.
At Forty-Seven Construction, we believe great work starts with great communication. We believe in showing up when we say we will, providing transparent pricing with no surprises, and keeping our clients informed every step of the way. Whether we’re completing a small repair, restoring a home after water damage, building a deck or fence, or tackling a full renovation, our goal is to build lasting relationships through honesty, reliability, and craftsmanship you can trust.
We’re licensed, bonded, and insured, and we’re grateful for every opportunity to help our neighbors improve, repair, and care for their homes. Thank you for trusting us with your home—we’re honored to be a part of your project.
