Another satisfied customer with a new (to them) driveway after the summer rains had washed away an area. After a few truck loads of gravel and a few hours in the tractor, it now looks great. After we leveled everything out, we then took the time to fix the side hill of the run off and ruts. Just a few small minor finishing touches in the morning of cleaning up and small areas of leveling along the edges.

Finished off a flooring, trim and final touches project today in an apartment and then spent the evening finishing up our basement stairs.

It's all about the final touches, such as caulking the trim and corners to hide the imperfections of the walls. Or even wrapping the tin around the corners for a seamless look. It's all in the little detail that can set your home apart.

Took a couple days to clean up a basement for a customer who had water damage. Didn't catch photos of the sheetrock and framing, but we kept everything contained to the basement, everything was cleaned up better then we found it, including all the cobwebs. Even took time to shampoo the carpet of the steps just to get rid of the musty smell. Now we will let thing dry up awhile and clean the walls, and paint them with mold resistant wall covering.

Let's just say that this was quite a project. Nothing too difficult but the weather was really a tough one. Customer wanted to have the new shed to "looked finished". Also want to have the electrical box covered up so they didn't worry about mowing over the electrical wires. Also needed to have a ramp built so they can use the garage door for the mower. They were very pleased with the results, so much that we will be doing the other shed with the similar design.

Been busy these past few weeks with lots of little projects. Some ceiling painting with texture repairing. Some drywall repair with access panels for the plumbing guys. Also had some help building a deck for the some family and helped rebuild some framing around a entry door, put on new brick mold to get rid of the old rotten wood.

What a great transformation this little garage had. Customer wanted to have it kept simple and just didn't want to paint anymore. She did opt in to having the windows replaced too so they could open. And while we were at it, we re-skinned the door with new PVC boards to keep the wood look they wanted.

Today was finally the last few pieces of this puzzle. With the help of Andy Joyce, we finally got the last of the siding done, house numbers installed, and the new Ring doorbell mounted and setup. Thank you to the customer for their patience with this one.
