Another kitchen demo and remodel, designed and built by WR and Sons, LLC.
We tried a new design on the crown and it ended up the star of these cabinets. Color: Anew Gray SW
This kitchen is equipped with all the functionality details from spice cabinets to appliance garages.
The maple island was custom stain matched to the new flooring and the 2 floating shelves were meticulously hand crafted. Every "reeded" piece was handmade and each glued and nailed in place. Can we get a moment for these shelves?! 😍
We were able to bring to the attention of the client that their flooring had some install issues and encouraged them to go back to the company responsible - they ended up getting all new flooring and a new color selection which turned out beautifully.

Recently finished up staining and sealing this coordinating dining and coffee table. Built with white oak. Dining table has a a beautiful inlay design and a custom size to fit the space 😍 Our finish vendor has a "secret" formula specific for white oak to create a uniform color, muting any pink undertones or yellowing. It keeps the white oak close to it's natural color.

We started from scratch on this space. From a builder grade kitchen to a full custom chef's kitchen! Plus, all new flooring and fresh paint throughout.

We designed, built and installed custom cabinetry extended up and with all the handy pull-outs you could want and a coffee bar, new gorgeous vent hood, moved appliances, re-framed the odd pantry corner, new white oak island and floating shelves, moved pendant light placement, and installed a larger kitchen window to allow more natural light.

Trust the process!

We are so excited to reveal this beautiful kitchen remodel this week!

You'll also want to follow us on this next project that we started phase 1 of demo on. The home had a complete failed foundation because Hurricane Harvey hit and washed away a substantial amount of soil. Builder then brought in new soil, but failed to compact/prep it and rushed to pour. Complete nightmare for the second homeowners as they watched their home crumble, crack and creak. We can't wait to get this home livable again for our sweet clients!

PSA: If you are building a home; hire a Realtor that KNOWS the building process and will be adamant on hiring an inspector to watch over the build and inspect each phase thoroughly.
