This is a Mike Killeen Quailty Roof installed in 1997 . Owner asked me to check it out and maintain . Cleaned , sealed all vents and applied two coats of APOC 400 Aluminum Coating . Looks like new, ready for another ten years .
Maintenance is the key to long roof life.
