From shoreline dock… to full lakefront transformation. 🔥

This project started with an older boathouse and sidewalk setup that no longer fit the way this property deserved to live on the water.

We completely demoed the existing boathouse and rebuilt the new structure, extending it 62 feet out into deeper water — creating better boating access, wider views, and a much more open lake experience.

To make the layout work best for the property, we also repositioned the customer’s original floating dock sideways into the new design rather than replacing it completely.

The project also included:
✔️ Full new composite walkway/sidewalk
✔️ Expanded entertainment space
✔️ Modernized roof structure
✔️ Deep-water access for larger boats
✔️ Low-maintenance composite decking
✔️ Massive upgrade in usable waterfront space

The difference in how this property now feels from the shoreline all the way to the water is unreal.

This one turned out CLEAN. 👏

Today, we remember the heroes who gave everything for the freedoms we live every single day. 🇺🇸

At JSC DOCKS, we know the meaning of hard work, sacrifice, family, and freedom… and none of it would be possible without the brave men and women who served and never made it home.

This Memorial Day, we honor those heroes, their families, and the legacy they left behind.
May we never take this life, these lakes, these sunsets, and this country for granted.

🇺🇸☀️ MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND MODE: ACTIVATED ☀️🇺🇸

Friendly reminder from JSC DOCKS…
Boat lift emergencies absolutely LOVE holiday weekends. 😅

For some reason, they usually happen:
🚨 12 minutes before the family arrives
🚨 right after the ice gets loaded
🚨 While Dad is backing down the driveway, saying “we’re leaving NOW.”
🚨 or immediately after somebody says:
“That noise has been doing that for a while…” 👀

So yes… we’ve got crews on standby this weekend for those “welp… that ain’t supposed to be sideways” moments. 🌊⚙️😂

BUT… holiday weekend service calls do come with holiday-weekend pricing.
Because convincing grown men to crawl under docks while everybody else is eating hot dogs and drinking beer on the lake costs extra. 🇺🇸🍔🍺

Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at JSC DOCKS 💐⚓

Today we celebrate the moms who somehow do it all…
Running the house, running the kids to the lake, packing the snacks, remembering the sunscreen, and still being the first one everyone calls when something goes wrong. 😂

We hope your day is filled with sunshine, boat rides, family time, and at least one moment where nobody says “Mom, watch this!” before doing something dangerous. 🚤☀️
