It's been a while since my last post but, after a delay in some special order materials, there's been a lot of progress on the Batten project. Big thanks to Nathan Mooney, Tim Phillips and "The Chad" for all the framing, getting us in the dry and dealing with the delays and managing this complicated roof system. It has quickly become a busy job site with roofers, siding, HVAC, electrical and plumbing trades all working hard this week. It's been a little bit of a slow go around here, for a couple of reasons but, things are speeding up now and we will be hanging drywall and v-groove before you know it! Stayed tuned! What I call "the pretty stuff" is coming soon. We're about to bring this house to life!

We started a new construction home for James and Amber Batten a couple weeks ago. Those concrete trucks start showing up early. Many thanks to Sandy Brown and the crew with Out Tha Mud Concrete for a professional job and excellent workmanship! They provided stamped porches and will also stain and polish the living space, photo's to come. I highly recommend Sandy Brown.
