New lower price! New HVAC, roof, siding, windows, flooring, electric, and plumbing. It's been pretty much completely remodeled. There's a large garage and a large lot. The neighbors are pretty nice, also. If you know anyone interested, please pass this along.

Another one bites the dust. Finished up the last set of steps for Clive City Hall. It all started with the curved step in front of the library and we finished with the employee entrance and almost 200 ft of sidewalk.
