We completed a full exterior renovation with careful attention to historic character, craftsmanship, and lasting quality. During the project, we discovered an unfortunate leak condition, which became an opportunity to create a durable, commercial-grade rooftop patio.

Make sure your home has proper ventilation!

The plays a key role in removing the hot air that builds in the space, and under the roofing structure. If your system is compromised it can cause heavy strain on the system, as well as increase your bill.

The majority of compromised systems that we have seen in the area have been due the roof turbines not spinning and pulling the warm air out; this is the most common problem, and also the easiest fix.
Some homes in the area simply do not have proper ventilation installed. We can resolve this by adding attic fans, attic fans, additional turbines, or ridge vents.
