Our latest project in Lower Greenville was challenging but we are really excited with the results. We took a small oddly shaped lot and built a stunning and unique ultra modern home. This was a small condo renovation at the 21 Building in the heart of Turtle Creek. Even with a small amount of space we were able to make this condo stand out. It was in horrible condition when we started so we had to do a complete floor to cieling remodel. The result was a fantastic space with high quality finishes that complimented the already incredible views and location.

We took on this small remodel in Caruth Terrace on Sudbury drive with the intention of adding a bathroom and doing a mostly cosmetic remodel. At the beigninningo f construction we had a couple that decided they wanted the house and came on board. They were able to customize certain aspects of the final product and it came out great. The final product was a 2/2/2 in a great neighborhood with a fantastic master suite and great yard fore entertaining. The existing office was converted into a Master bath and additional master closet space. We were able to provide our clients a great custom house in a good negihborhood for an incredible price.

The definition of a Charming Craftsman Bungalow this house on Belmont Ave gave us a great canvas to work with. Located steps away from lakewood shopping center on an oversized lot this 3/2 did not last very long once it hit the market. We reconfigured the master bath to make the most of the space to include a double vanity, walk in shower and freestanding bathtub. The kitchen was completely remodeled with a commercial grade 48" stove and range hood with rainfall glass mosaic backsplash.

Complete Gut and Remodel in the heart of Oak Lawn Heights on Parkland Avenue. This house was take down to the studs and completely remodeled in a Mod-Transitional style to match the unique neighborhood vibe. 3/2 with a large utility/sun room and a custom enclosed carport. Stunning Kitchen complete with a large island, stainless appliances and wine fridge. The Masterbedroom has two walk in closets and a large modern bath with a frameless glass shower complete with rainfall showerhead. This was an awesome project where we really had to get creative on the layout and design. Everything came together for a beautiful final product.

Could not be any happier with how this Craftsman Remodel near Lower Greenville Avenue turned out. 3/2/2 2100 SF with a huge Master Suite steps from Lower Greenville's restaurants and shops. Truly unique house with 10 ft ceilings, chef's kitchen with 36" italian stove and farmhouse sink. New master suite with bath / shower wet area complete with green and white marble tile. 2 Master Walk in closets and huge second bedroom. New driveway and 2 car garage to round it out. Can't wait to get an opportunity like this again.
