No, that’s not a typo! This customer started the day with a Western Red Cedar Pergola that they spent good money on. Unfortunately they ended the day without the same pergola. The pergola came detached from the roof and was sitting on the gutters. Over 2000 lbs of cedar being supported by a thin metal gutter 🤯. The builder constructed this pergola 5 years ago and, as we hear too often, told the customer they pulled the required permits. Needless to say they DIDN’T and now they are out of business. (Not too surprising). Best course of action was to remove it and we will start fresh with a brand new patio cover!
