What a great day spent with the MIINC family!

This past Saturday, we had the opportunity to step away from the jobsite, put down the laptops, and enjoy time together with the people who make MIINC what it is. From co****le tournaments and raffle giveaways to great food, laughter, and time with family, it was a day full of connection and appreciation.

We're grateful for every employee & their spouse, kids, and family members who joined us and helped make the day such a success.

The work we do every day is important, but it's the people behind that work who truly make the difference.

This past weekend, a group from MIINC had the opportunity to attend Weekend to Remember in Frisco with their spouses.

MIINC Mechanical was proud to be part of the UA Local 100 Clay Shoot.

It was a great day spent with even better people. Bringing together partners, peers, and members of our trade for some friendly competition and time outside the jobsite. Events like this are a reminder that the strength of our industry goes beyond the work we do every day.

Most importantly, it was all in support of the Benevolence Fund, helping take care of those within our local when they need it most. That kind of support is what defines the brotherhood and community behind our trade.

After years in the field as a foreman in the plumbing and mechanical industry, David is stepping into an exciting new chapter.

From early mornings to leading crews through complex projects, his hands-on experience has shaped a leadership style grounded in accountability, resilience, and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time. The field didn’t just build his skillset—it built his mindset.

Now, David is bringing that same drive into his new role in commercial sales with MIINC Mechanical. This transition is more than a career move—it’s a unique opportunity to bridge real-world field experience with client needs, delivering practical, efficient solutions backed by firsthand knowledge.
