The halls are ready, floors are shining, classrooms are prepped, and students are back! As schools across DFW welcome students for the new year, we're taking a moment to recognize the hard work happening behind the scenes on our K-12 projects to help make it all possible.

From final punch-list items and last-minute touches to preparing spaces for students and staff, our team worked throughout the summer to help ensure these campuses were ready for a successful start to the school year.

Meet Micah Strafford, our Closeout & Project Solutions Specialist. From day one, Micah leads our closeout and warranty transition process, ensuring projects stay on track, documentation is complete, training is coordinated, and clients feel supported every step of the way.

Through proactive planning, detailed documentation, coordinated training, and responsive communication, Micah helps create a seamless handoff from construction to facility operations. His involvement ensures our clients receive continued support long after construction is complete.
