At Apiary Residences & Hotel, our team led a fully integrated, progressive design-build delivery for Copford Capital Management, aligning design, cost, and constructability from day one. Located near Denver's RTD Light Rail, Apiary strengthens the neighborhood’s pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use fabric while setting a new standard for design, quality, and amenities in the Denver Tech Center.

From early trade partner engagement and BIM-driven concrete modeling to immersive 3D design reviews, our people turned a constrained 0.8-acre site into a high-performing, LEED Gold–pending, electric-forward tower.

We are proud to receive the DBIA Rocky Mountain Region's Excellence in Vertical Construction Gold award.

The Dalí Museum has selected The Beck Group to design and build a bold new expansion featuring immersive galleries, innovative learning spaces, and new ways to connect the museum with the St. Petersburg community and visitors from around the world.

“The exterior design, what we call "Reveal", plays with expectation,” said Trevor Lamphier, AIA Design Principal at The Beck Group. “It extends and reinterprets the existing building, using familiar materials in new ways to create moments of discovery."

The Rivl Foundation Sports Performance Lab has been recognized with an AIA Georgia Design Award in the Unbuilt Project category!

Envisioned as a next-generation training and research environment, the project brings together performance, recovery, and innovation under one roof. The design explores how architecture can elevate the athlete experience—integrating advanced training spaces, data-driven evaluation, and holistic wellness strategies to support peak performance.

Though unbuilt, the concept reflects a forward-thinking approach to sports performance design—prioritizing flexibility, user experience, and the evolving needs of athletes and organizations alike.

More than 1,000 people gathered to mark a significant milestone for JPS Health Network, the city, and Tarrant County: the ceremonial groundbreaking for the new hospital, set to open in 2030!
