We’re excited to welcome Proxy-Clean® Products to their new office and warehouse in McKinney, Texas!

Thank you to Greystar and Stream Realty Partners for your partnership on this project. We delivered a 1,790 SF office space, enlarged the overhead door to 14’x14’, added a new 16’x40’ ramp, and installed dock levelers to support Proxy Clean’s growing operations.

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of The Aaron's Company, Inc. new office and warehouse in Benbrook, Texas! This aggressive five-phase project allowed Aaron’s to occupy the warehouse early while we simultaneously built out their new office. Once the office was complete, we transformed the spec office into a dedicated service area for testing appliances.

Project highlights:

▪️ Installed 11 dock levelers with pits, 8 edge-of-dock levelers, & 19 dock shelters
▪️ Added 5 HVLS fans and 300 feet of interior fencing
▪️ Constructed a new demising wall and increased service to 800 amps
▪️ Installed power for forklift chargers with exhaust
