Architecture is beautiful on paper. We’re interested in what happens next.

Drawings become samples. Samples become procurement. Details meet field conditions. And eventually, a specification becomes a space someone can actually walk into.

We’re hiring for Assistant Project Manager in Dallas and Miami to work at that intersection of architecture, design, materials and construction.

Architecture/design backgrounds encouraged.
Eligible J-1 candidates welcome.

You studied architecture. Have you considered building it?

We are so excited to be adding to our crews.

Now hiring across North Texas & South Florida:

DOL-certified registered apprenticeship.
1,920+ Naylor-trained painters since 1985. The craft is handed down on the job — generation-by-generation, coat-by-coat.

How to Lose a Contractor in 10 Days 💛

A romantic comedy for anyone who’s ever heard, “just work around them.”

All jokes aside — good buildings don’t happen by accident. They happen when trades are given the access, information, coordination, and respect they need to do their jobs well.

Great buildings aren’t luck. They’re respect.

Third-generation construction CEO things: explaining to a GC why ‘we’ve always done it that way’ isn’t a fire code 😅 New piece is live — link in bio — on concealed wall taping, when it’s actually required, and the mix-up I keep seeing on jobsites.

It may not look exciting to everyone, but when coatings are your thing, this is basically a new toy.

Putting good equipment back to work and making our operation a little better while we’re at it.

a little proud moment for us 🤍

Naylor Commercial is officially a Department of Labor Certified Apprenticeship Employer.

It’s easy to talk about the future of the trades, but we also have to be willing to invest in it.

Architectural finishes + coatings are crafts that take years to truly learn. So much of that knowledge is passed down person to person, generation to generation—and creating a real path for the next generation to learn it is something we care deeply about.

Our apprenticeship program means structured training, mentorship, hands-on experience + a clear path to becoming a skilled tradesperson.

Because craftsmanship deserves to be preserved. And a career in the trades should feel like exactly that—a career.

very excited for this next chapter + even more excited for the people who will come through it. xx

Quality starts before the topcoat. Masked off, geared up, and laying down a smooth, even finish — one pass at a time.
