Our office had some extra special visitors yesterday! 🐶🐾 We took a little break from our busy schedules to welcome Cody's Friends Rescue and four adorable puppies, Shiloh, Kasper, Elliot, and Shai, into our studio!

❤️ The day was filled with plenty of cuddles, puppy naps, and smiles all around. It was a wonderful reminder that sometimes the best way to recharge is to step away from our desks and enjoy a little puppy love.

We’re delighted to share the residences at The Pinnacle North Bethesda, where thoughtful design meets the comforts of home. Each residence features a full-sized kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, expansive living areas, walk-in closets, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

In most residences, floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural light inside, while dedicated open-air balconies extend the living space outdoors. Designed with comfort, functionality, and refined simplicity in mind, the residences offer a warm and inviting retreat that reflects the elevated design vision carried throughout the community.

Every space was designed to make daily living feel more comfortable and connected. The amenities are thoughtfully designed to support 🧘‍♀️ wellness, relaxation, and everyday convenience. Residents can stay active in the fully equipped health club and private fitness studios, then unwind in the covered outdoor lounge overlooking the sparkling pool and parlor.

Our Sorrel Phillips Creek Ranch project is a solid case study of how attentive design can transform existing amenity spaces into memorable resident experiences.

For this renovation, we reimagined the existing spaces with a fresh, elevated design direction. We introduced a richer material palette, layered lighting, statement furnishings, curated artwork, architectural details, and more intentional spaces for residents to gather, work, relax, and recharge.

The fitness center was transformed into a brighter, more contemporary environment. The common areas became warmer, more inviting, and more visually distinctive. Throughout the property, furniture, lighting, artwork, and finishes work together to create a cohesive design experience.

✨Throwing it back to the Crescent Residences at Museum Place in Fort Worth.

This project was all about creating a space that feels elevated without ever feeling too precious. We mixed natural stone, custom millwork, warm wood tones, curated artwork, and bespoke furnishings to create interiors that feel polished, comfortable, and made for everyday living.

Located in Fort Worth’s Cultural District, the residences gave us plenty of inspiration to play with texture, art, and a little bit of personality. Looking back, we still love how this one came together.
