This one was interesting!

Homeowner in Grand Prairie got a denial letter saying there was “no storm-related damage.” That didn’t sit right with us, so we took a deeper look.

Long story short — after documenting everything the right way, that denial turned into a $25k+ approval.

But here’s the crazy part…

Once we pulled everything off the main house and the shed, we found over 3 layers of roofing felt stacked on top of each other. No proper decking inspection had been done in years.

We ended up replacing 32+ sheets of plywood.

That’s the stuff homeowners never see — and honestly, most companies don’t talk about.

You can’t just roof over problems and hope for the best. If it’s not right underneath, it’s not right at all.

If you’ve been told “there’s no damage,” it might just mean it wasn’t looked at the right way.

If you’re unsure about your roof or recently got a denial letter, shoot us a message. We’ll take a look and give you a straight answer.

Do you have an old roof, that may or may not need to be replaced? We’ll help determine that with a complimentary home/property inspection.

This customer initially contacted us to get an exhaust vent installed on their roof for one of their bathrooms. Great, we helped!

While onsite, we performed the complimentary inspection and noticed a mixture of storm related damage and wear & tear associated to the age of the roof (10+ years).

We felt confident we could help document enough damage to get his roof approved and paid for by his insurance carrier. Sure enough, here’s us prepping his home for a brand new roof and the final product!
