Good Earth Landscaping Issues Statement Regarding Inappropriate Behavior by Former Employee
March 31, 2025 — Dallas, Texas
Good Earth Landscaping is heartbroken and deeply disturbed by a recent incident involving a now-terminated employee who was seen mistreating a dog while on a job site. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not represent the values, culture, or mission of our company.
We want to be absolutely clear: Good Earth Landscaping has zero tolerance for the abuse or mistreatment of animals. We are a family-run business built on integrity, compassion, and care—not only for our customers and their homes, but for the animals and communities we serve. Many members of our team are devoted dog lovers who have rescued and fostered dogs for years.
As a company, we are taking immediate action to ensure this kind of behavior never happens again under our name. We are reviewing and strengthening our employee training and conduct policies, and we are holding internal meetings to reinforce our commitment to accountability, respect, and empathy.
To help support animal welfare and reaffirm our stance, Good Earth Landscaping is continuing to educate our team along with helping the local community with rescue animals.
We extend our sincerest apologies to everyone affected by this incident—especially to those who witnessed the disturbing footage. We understand the responsibility we have not only as service providers but as stewards of trust within the neighborhoods we work in. That trust is something we will continue to earn, every single day.
