💧 20,000 GALLONS LOST — WATER LINE REPLACEMENT WITHOUT TRENCHING UP THE ENTIRE YARD!
This customer in Dallas, GA discovered they had a major underground water line leak after receiving a water bill showing approximately 20,000 gallons of water loss!
Georgia Master Plumbing located the problem and replaced the failing water service using a trenchless water line replacement method.
Instead of digging a long trench across the entire yard, we ran a pulling cable through the existing line and used it to pull the new water service line underground from the meter toward the home.
Because of the length and layout of this particular water service, we located and exposed the existing line near the center of the yard. This allowed us to make the replacement in two controlled pulls, minimizing excavation while ensuring a successful installation.

Quite a difference under this kitchen sink!
The old setup used flexible drain piping and left the plumbing poorly connected and difficult to maintain. We removed it and rebuilt the drain system using solid tubular piping, properly connecting both sink bowls and the dishwasher drain.
It may be hidden behind a cabinet door, but under-sink plumbing still needs to be installed correctly.

Slab leak repair in Dallas, GA.

This 1/2-inch PEX line serving the refrigerator ice maker was leaking just below the concrete. We carefully opened the slab, repaired the damaged water line, installed rebar for reinforcement, and patched the concrete back in.

This home was having pressure issues and signs the pressure relief line had been discharging outside long enough to start causing erosion near the foundation. We replaced the pressure reducing valve (PRV) and got everything working properly again before it turned into a bigger problem.
If your water pressure suddenly changes, pipes start making noise, or you notice water around your foundation, it may be time to have your PRV checked.
