We are a complete roofing and waterproofing company. We have been in business for over 24 years and have a lot of experience in stopping water.

We specialize in waterproof coatings Tpo shingles. About the owner and Business: President: Kris Brock started learning the remodeling trade at the early age of 14. He was hired by his girlfriend’s father to remodel old apartment buildings that he owned. This encompassed every aspect of painting, carpentry, masonry, electrical, and plumbing, to include roofing! Kris took this knowledge and transfo

rmed it into a business at the age of 25. Prior to opening his own business, he spent four years supervising a roofing/remodeling business after which he turned to building residential homes. He spent five years learning about, building and maintaining residential homes before the opportunity to open a business of his own came in 2004. Kris made himself a promise to provide homeowners with the best possible customer service and craftsmanship through honesty, integrity, and dedication. Unlike other companies, he believed the key to success was to be in the field every day while training his employees; he supervised all his employees, rolled up his sleeves and did the carpentry himself. He believed that this way he could provide a cost-effective alternative to the over-priced, un-skilled craftsmen of other companies. Here is another completed project. this is a balcony roof system that was leaking all inside the home due to storm damage . We were able to install a new shingles roof along with a new flat balcony roofing system that allows foot traffic and tables and chairs without voiding the warranty. ( Dec-tec balcony roofs)
This is a walkable roof system with a 20 year warranty.
