Rock Creek Apartments is coming to life in Gainesville, TX.
 
With interiors nearing completion and work continuing across the pool and shared outdoor areas, pre-leasing is now underway ahead of Phase 1’s expected completion this fall.
 
For a development of this scale, opening the first phase is more than a construction milestone. 
 
It marks the beginning of the community taking shape and builds momentum for everything still to come.

We’re in the final stretch at Oxenfree West Oak in Fort Worth, and the clubhouse is nearly ready to serve future residents of this BTR community.
 
Here’s a look at some of the latest progress:

• Tile and carpet flooring complete
• Most light fixtures and wall art installed
• Kitchen appliances, including the refrigerator, microwave, and water refill stations, are in place.
 
Furniture, fitness equipment, and the final exterior details are coming next.

AC is up and running, vinyl flooring is going in, appliances are being installed, and bathtubs are now in place throughout the first Phase 1 units.
 
Exciting to see the interiors transition from construction to finished living spaces.
