Golden Ratio Management Corporation | Ontario International Airport (ONT) Terminal 2 – Anti-Fatigue Flooring Installation Progress βœˆοΈπŸ”§
Progress continued at Ontario International Airport (ONT) Terminal 2 CBRA as the GRMC team advanced the anti-fatigue flooring remediation project.

Building on the successful work completed during Night 1, the crew removed the temporary transition section and continued installing the new flooring system throughout the work area.

The team focused on achieving proper alignment, secure adhesion, and seamless transitions to ensure a durable, professional installation.

The new anti-fatigue flooring is designed to provide significant benefits for personnel who spend long hours on their feet. By reducing stress on joints, knees, feet, and lower back areas, the flooring helps improve comfort, reduce fatigue, and support overall workplace ergonomics. The material also provides enhanced traction and durability, helping create a safer work environment while withstanding the demands of daily CBRA operations.

Throughout the shift, the crew coordinated closely with TSA personnel to ensure operations remained uninterrupted while installation activities progressed safely and efficiently.

The project continues to move forward as planned, delivering long-term improvements that will benefit CBRA personnel for years to come.

Another successful night of planning, precision, and teamwork by Golden Ratio Management Corporation.

Golden Ratio Management Corporation | Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) βœˆοΈπŸ”§

The GRMC team recently completed a specialized logistics and rigging operation at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) in support of a Leidos Explosive Detection System (EDS) bearing replacement project.
During normal airport operating hours, the team safely received, transported, and rigged the replacement bearing to an elevated mezzanine level where the Leidos technician will perform the bearing replacement on the EDS unit. Due to the location of the equipment and restricted access within the baggage handling system area, careful planning, coordination, and precision ex*****on were required to safely move the bearing into position.
Once the OEM completes the replacement, the GRMC team will return later this week to remove, lower, and properly dispose of the old bearing in accordance with project requirements.

A special shoutout to our rigging partner, A&A Transfer, for their outstanding support, professionalism, and commitment to safety throughout the operation.
We would also like to thank the Leidos Team for trusting GRMC with these critical requirements. We value the opportunity to support your mission and appreciate the confidence placed in our team to execute complex airport logistics and rigging operations safely, efficiently, and without disruption to airport operations.

Another successful project demonstrating the teamwork, expertise, and ex*****on excellence that Golden Ratio Management Corporation brings to airport infrastructure projects nationwide.

Golden Ratio Management Corporation | Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) Evening Operations βœˆοΈπŸŒ™

After wrapping up operations around 3:00 AM this morning, the GRMC team was called right back into action for a tunnel swap-out tied to a configuration change scheduled at 7:00 PM tonight at Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL).

With very little turnaround time, the team quickly coordinated transportation, picked up the required freight from the TSALC, and successfully transported it to DAL to support the configuration change effort and help keep operational testing on schedule.

While simultaneously managing the logistics for the tunnel swap-out, the team was also closing out the delivery of the CT-80 crates to the warehouse for storage and coordinating the pickup and return of the forklift from DAL back to the vendor.

From logistics coordination to transportation, warehouse operations, and airport ex*****on, the team handled multiple moving parts flawlessly under short-notice conditions.

Extremely proud of the way the GRMC team executed today. It was a busy day across multiple fronts, and the team once again demonstrated a high degree of professionalism, teamwork, and excellence in supporting critical airport operations.
