Don't fall victim of "But this person can do it cheaper". Here's a prime example of why on the following images. Client asked for a deck, the run you see is a 10ft run, the "cheaper person" instead of telling them they need 1(one/uno) 10ft $4.25 2x4, they ruined two 8ft pieces of 2x4 to make one run that could send a child or adult off the deck that's over 3ft off the ground... that's a hard fall! Then we find another "brace" piece to connect the 20ft run.
Consumers, it is important to not focus on the bottom dollar, sometimes the quality you seek comes at a price more worthy than seeing who's the cheapest, notate the values a company brings you rather than how low you can go to get the highest quality. The old school term, "You Get What You Pay For" always prevails in the longrun. These mistakes on the images costs the client more double the labor to redo the last person's mistake and double the material cost to replace the mistakes. At Builders Plus Custom Homes and Remodels, we do it right the first time or not at all.
